What We Never Access

• Bank account balances or financial details
• Personal identification information from your financial accounts

Your login credentials for American Express and Chase remain on your device in your phone's secure enclave. We never see, store, or transmit this information to our servers.

What We Collect

To provide our service, we collect minimal information necessary for app functionality:

• Account Information: Email address for account creation and communication
• App Usage Data: Feature usage patterns to improve the app experience
• Device Information: Basic device type and OS version for compatibility

How Offer Redemption Works

When you redeem offers, your device connects directly to American Express or Chase using your stored credentials. This happens entirely on your device. We only receive confirmation that an offer was successfully activated—never the underlying transaction data or account details.

Data Storage and Security

All sensitive credentials are stored using iOS's Keychain Services, which provides industry-leading encryption. The minimal data we do store on our servers (email, subscription status) is encrypted both in transit and at rest.

Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services for essential app functions:

• Vercel: Cloud hosting and infrastructure for reliable app performance
• Supabase: Secure database for minimal non-sensitive app data (email, preferences)
• Apple & RevenueCat: In-app subscription management and payment processing
• Sentry: Error tracking and app stability monitoring (anonymized crash reports)
• PostHog: Privacy-focused analytics to understand feature usage and improve the app

These services never have access to your banking credentials, card numbers, transaction history, or any financial account data. They only handle basic app functionality, subscription management, and anonymized usage analytics.

Children's Privacy

Redeemable is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
