Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Redeemable (operated by Momolith Labs Inc.), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

Description of Service

Redeemable is a mobile application operated by Momolith Labs Inc. that helps you discover and activate credit card offers from American Express and Chase. The app operates on your device and uses your stored credentials to interact with these financial institutions on your behalf.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information when creating your account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent any security features or access restrictions
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Ensure you have the right to provide credentials for any financial accounts you connect

Beta Testing

During the beta period, Redeemable is provided "as is" for testing purposes. We offer 25 free offer redemptions during beta testing. The service may contain bugs or errors, and we make no warranties about uninterrupted access or error-free operation during this phase.

Subscription and Payment

After the beta period, Redeemable requires a paid subscription:

• Monthly: $2.99/month for unlimited offer redemptions
• Annual: $20/year for unlimited offer redemptions

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through your account settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

Financial Institution Relationships

Redeemable is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by American Express, Chase, or any other financial institution. We access these services using your provided credentials solely to retrieve and activate offers on your behalf. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of your financial institutions.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Redeemable is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• All offers will be successfully activated
• Financial institutions will not change their policies or block automated access
• Your rewards will be earned or redeemed as expected

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Redeemable shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the service
• Failed offer activations or unredeemed rewards
• Account suspensions or restrictions by financial institutions
• Unauthorized access to your account

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these terms
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Any other reason we deem necessary to protect our service or users

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Redeemable, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Momolith Labs Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
